2. How do I start a Dunkin' Run?

 

  • Simply by clicking on "Start A Run"! It's as simple as filling out a quick form.
  • Mobile web: Go to http://dunkinrun.mobi/ and fill out a short form to create a run invitation to those you want on your Run.
  • iPhone application: Download and install the Dunkin' Run application from the iTunes store. Login with your Dunkin' Donuts username and password. If you don't already have one through the Dunkin' Donuts website or Dunkin' Perks, click here to register.

 

3. How do I place an order in a Dunkin' Run?

 

  • From the web/email: Once you're invited, you can order by either clicking on one of the easy buttons in the email, or you can come back to the site and customize your order by clicking on the "Place Order" button.
  • Mobile web: If you receive an email or text message, click on the links to go to the mobile web site. You can then customize your order by clicking on the "Register" button. If you are a registered user, you can also go to the mobile web site and check to see if you have any invitations or alerts.
  • iPhone application: If you receive an invitation by email or text message and click on the link, you will be directed to the mobile web, which will ask you to download the iPhone application. If you are a registered user, you can go to the app and see if you have any invitations or alerts.

 

4. How do I register for Dunkin' Run?

 

If you already have a DunkinDonuts.com login or are a Dunkin' Perks member, you're all set. Just login using your username and password. Don't have one yet? Click on "Register" anywhere on the site to create an account.

 

5. How do I opt-out of Dunkin' Run?

 

  • Website: Click on "My Profile", then click the "Notifications" tab to modify and manage your settings.
  • Email: At the bottom of each email, you will see text that reads; "This message was intended for [your name appears here]. Don't want to receive any more Dunkin' Run emails or would you rather get mobile alerts instead? Go to: [Link to user preferences]" Just click the link and you can modify your preferences so that you will not get any further Dunkin' Run invites.
  • SMS: Go to www.DunkinRun.com or http://dunkinrun.mobi/ and click on "My Profile", then click "Notifications" tab to modify and manage your settings.

 

6. How do I view my Run orders?

 

Run orders can be viewed in an email, on the mobile web, iPhone app or you can print out your order to bring with you. A print out can help in speed of ordering and increase accuracy. The mobile web or iPhone apps will help those that are on the go. The choice is yours.

 

7. How do I set up AM/PM Usuals and Favorites?

 

Registered users can designate AM and PM usuals for 1-Click ordering when invited to a run. Start by adding an item to your favorites. Within your favorites, you can designate items as an AM or PM usual.

 

8. What if I don't see my favorite menu item?

 

We've tried to include all of the most popular menu items on each of the menus — Hot Drinks, Cold Drinks, and Food. We understand that your favorite may have been left out from the respective menu and thus we have a solution for you. If you don't see your favorite menu item, you can always make a special request in the comment section when ordering.
  • 1b. Where is this special request comment section?
    As you're customizing your order item, you can add the comment/special request in the "note" section. Or, just before placing your order you can put your comment/special request in the "note for runner" section.

 

9. Why aren't people receiving the messages I'm sending them through the Dunkin' Run?

 

If someone is not receiving your messages, it's likely that they have opted out or chose not to receive notifications. You can ask them to change their settings in the Notification Preferences section of under "My Profile". It's also possible that this email is stuck in a SPAM filter. Have them check their SPAM folder and create a rule that allows these emails in the future or add the "FROM" email address to their trusted sender's list.

 

10. I'm having difficulties with accessing DunkinRun.com, which browsers are best to use for Dunkin' Run?

 

DunkinRun.com functions best on one of the following:
  • Windows XP: IE 6.0, 7.0 and Firefox 3.0
  • Vista 32bit: IE 7.0 and Firefox 2.0
  • Apple OS10.3: Safari 3.0 and Firefox 2.0
  • Apple OS10.4: Safari 3.0 and Firefox 2.0
  • Flash 9.0 or higher

 

11. Where can I get the Dunkin' Run iPhone application?

12. How can I find the Dunkin' Donuts nearest me?

 

  • Simply click "Store Finder" in the upper right-hand corner of any of the pages while navigating through DunkinRun.com.
  • If you are the person running, you will notice that the "run" screen will have 3 options — print order, send to mobile, or find a store.
